De-Icing Salt Products
All the de-icing rock salt supplied by ice cracker complies with the quality assured standard BS 3247. At the time of packing we fill our bags with either 10kg, 25kg or 1000kg. However as salt is a natural product all weights are approximate as they may increase or decrease slightly depending on the weather conditions. All our de-icing salt bins, spreaders, shovels, scoops and snow blades are in good condition when they leave our yard.

De-Icing Salt Pricing
All products bought online at the icecracker.co.uk website will include VAT at the standard rate, in addition to UK mainland delivery charges.

Payments and arranged credit terms
A paid VAT reciept will be posted for all orders placed. For online orders we operate a payment with order policy. We do offer council and council organisations 30 day credit terms on application.

De-Icing Salt Deliveries
We use a reliable three day courier service to deliver our products. We can also send goods on a next day service at an additional cost, which can be quoted by calling our helpful sales staff on 0141 886 3756. We attempt to dispatch all orders with 24 hours, however we can not be held liable for any delays caused by our courier companies or the bad weather.

De-Icing Salt Returns Policy
All products are checked for quality before being dispatched from our yard, we do operate a strict 7 day returns policy on all our products. Defective products will be refunded and in some circumstances collected by our couriers.
